Subway

I made an online order for a cheese steak melt. When I opened the bag all of my topping were melted to the bag and the sandwhich was separated. The pic was after I scrapped my toppings off the bag. Was my first time trying this sandwich and was very excited to be very disappointed. The staff was friendly but that is all the good I can say. Etowah TN

When it comes to hiring people they seem to be playing on peoples time. The man who called to do an interview was the same man who didn't answer the store phone for 2 days straight afterwards, and could of at least said they weren't hiring anymore. Showed up to see what was going on and the man walked into the back after he got the name and came back out claiming to be a hiring manager as well. yet didn't want to do the interview and said the other hiring manager wasn't there. Which we could tell was a lie. Definitely no communication skills or any common decency.

At this particular location they are offering dine in but they are taking good measures and safety protocol. Employees are in masks and they are keeping the fresh food covered as opposed to leaving it open. Congratulations job well done. It's odd having to post things about the pandemic and best practices at restaurants and places that we go but I guess it's part of the new normal.
