Not impressed honestly at all. Our sandwiches were make so fast they were very sloppy. The workers were obviously ready to be off, even though it wasn’t close to closing. Don’t recommend if you’re wanting something fresh.

First sandwich had crushed bread barely pried open, meat & cheese slapped down half off the sandwich, & workers that appeared annoyed to have customers. Not a great experience & haven’t even tried the food.

The food was great but the place was filthy. No clean tables inside the floor was dirty and sticky. And it was not busy. So someone could have cleaned.

Typical food from subway. I had a 6 inch Turkey which taste just like any other from other subway restaurants. Not crowded at about 2:30 PM on a Wednesday. Now here is my problem... price gouging and I mean shameful gouging. I paid 6.29 for a sandwich that I normally pay 3.79. Don't tell me location makes the price okay. Estes park is not that out of the way from Denver. I almost fell over when I was told the total. I should have checked the price before ordering and that is on me. People, go else where for the money as you have many mom and pop restaurants you can choose from instead of a chain such as Subway.

Great location with fast, friendly staff. Can't beat the mountain views or sandwiches. Compliments to our sandwich maestro! Cheers!

Teresa is amazing! We visited at the start of the off season and she was completely on her own in the store, but boy did she rock it! She was attentive, quick, organized, and VERY diligent and health concious. While waiting patiently we observed her washing her hands between orders, after touching money or other objects, and being alert to sanitizing tables and other surfaces. She was SLAMMED at lunch rush by my family and others but remained courteous, and honestly was the best customer service we'd ever (seriously, ever) received at any subway nation wide. She never once complained but I can tell you, this woman is not paid enough and deserves her own store!! Thank you Teresa for making us feel safe during this crazy COVID time while providing us with a yummy meal! I never thought a Subway would be a highlight to a trip or become one of our go-to spots, but because of you it did!!

Okay, so the food wasn't bad - it was just about as good as usual for a Subway. What was bothersome was they don't offer the 5$ footlong deal here and their Sub Club doesn't contain roast beef but now instead comes with fatty bacon. The staff, though not unfriendly, didn't appear to take much pride in the sandwich work, and spoke apathetically about refilling drinks (unexpected during these covid times). Not the best Subway experience, though I've had worse.

First of all this store is TINY, I understand it’s a small complex but, there are no tables inside and sporadic seating available outside. Second of all, the staff was very rushed and very pushy...screaming out to the next person in line and not slowing down to adequately make the food. I had to walk back inside to have them toast my sandwich again because the eggs were freezing cold. They had a new cashier who didn’t understand the short hand scribble on my sandwich and the other employee was a bit rude when she asked for clarification. Third, I paid ***28*** dollars for two sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Again, I understand the area is pricy but coupled with the atmosphere and the service I feel like that was ridiculous. The only plus to this is the views from the parking lot but that’s the case for the entire city. Try the local restaurant in the same complex or even the Starbucks for a better experience.
