The employee that helped us was cordial and very helpful. She made sure that I was happy with my drink and asked about my day. Smiled so much it made me feel excited about the rest of my day! Thank you to whichever employee that was, you made a world of a difference.

I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Estes Park. I was staying at the YMCA of the Rockies and our cabin had terrible wifi. I had some work meetings I needed to be online for so I drove to Starbucks. The service was great and the internet speed was fast. It was snowing outside so the big windows in the front made from a beautiful view.

Natalie in the drive thru totally made my day. Cheery, friendly and helpful! I do have to criticize the management though on the decision to close to lobby, they just started a 1/2 drinks special today and I understand overloading the drive thru and lobby make for poor service but I saw lots of people with out cars unable to then get their starbucks fix.

Fairly long wait considering no one else was in the store. Drink was made with extra ice even tho I asked for light ice. When I asked for thr drink remade, they just added a ton more milk to dilute it. They were also kinda rude about it.

Just go to the Safeway, they will get your drink right and actually care. The attitude of the workers here just isn't worth it. When you get a tasteless drink, it should matter. I know that people make mistakes and mess things up, but to give clients attitude and make them wait even longer is not right
