I went here with my brother, sister, and a couple of friends. We thought that the pizza was pretty good. We enjoyed the pizza. We did a half cheese and half chicken 18 inch pizza. I enjoyed the chicken, the chicken was seasoned. They have limited space, so they have seating on a second floor as well as outside. Also, because of limited space, they provide paper plates to eat off of (since they do not have space for a dishwasher). I do not think that is a downside to this place at all. They are making the best use of their space that they can. I think it was a good experience overall.

Domino's couldn't manage to get my order right. So as I was driving home frustrated (with no pizza ) I decided to give NY Pizza a try. It exceeded my expectations! I really love the sauce. Huge slice with plenty of toppings. I read the sign about their family being true Italians from NYC , and the pizza lives up to those standards! Customer service was better than average. Great job! I'll be back

It’s good for what it is, understand this is the express location and menu is very limited to just pizza. Stick to cheese or pepperoni if you’re ordering by the slice which they usually have ready, unless you’re going to have an entire pizza made. Otherwise if you add toppings to slices they just put it on already pre-baked slice before putting it in the oven to warm up. I’d give it 3 1/2 stars if I could but since I can’t, I upped it to 4. I’ve been here twice over two years now and experience has been the same. It could be a tad cleaner. Both visits the upstairs seating area had either plates or napkins left behind from previous guests or something on the floor that was never cleaned up during our visit, which lasted over an hour both times waiting for kids to finish their food. Meanwhile the staff were just milling about down below in the kitchen area. I’m pretty sure the fountain machine was broken last year, and it was broken this year again meaning you only get a can of pop. The staff seem to be a bunch of kids who wish they were somewhere else. But the pizza is very good and it’s usually a quick in and out.

This place is insanely good. They can cook a whole pizza in 3 minutes and it tastes exactly the same as the pizza at their main restaurant. They do not thaw a frozen pizza here, it’s made fresh. It’s unbelievable and a must try. The owner really has it together and loves what he does, and it really shows. The folks who staff the drive thru are extraordinary, they make my day when I stop in for lunch.

Love their pizza but the last time we visited we were told our pizza would be up in 20min but we waited almost a hour! After 40min I told them I had been waiting forever and it was almost like they forgot about it all together. It was a simple cheese. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth especially for customers who used to go to the old location and we drive up from Longmont especially for the pizza and cannolis. They were out of cannolis too. We'll see if we come back.

WAY over priced for pizza that was just so-so. Came home with a stomach ache...does that mean the extra grease on top was good?
Back home (Kansas city) we can get Minsky's for the whole family for about half the price. Yea, it is Estes Park and everything is over priced, but really?! The service was just ok too. We come to Estes Park a lot, but won't be coming back here to eat.

(Edit) I'll add this comment after ownership entered their response. They compare prices they got off internet. The problem is that they can't compare the quality. I had the NY style and added some toppings. Problem is they were VERY thin on what they gave me. It was still essentially a cheese pizza with a couple of sparse extra things.
Also, I wasn't kidding about the stomach ache. Two of our family had to medicate to feel better. I'm editing the next morning because I can't sleep because my stomach still hurts.
Also, you are trying to feed your families...the service should be better if they want to earn more of a tip than I left. No one refilled our water or even came back to check on us. I had to find someone to get the check. A family who came in at the same time as us was done before we even got our food. And it was really not very busy.
I would have left my review alone. But the owner had to respond. So here were some details. When you can't sleep because your stomach hurts from what you ate last night, you get too much time to kill.

Go here. No really. Side alley NY style pizza. In a small mountain town. It's great!
