Kfc

After 3 months ago . Went to order some Chicken in the drive through. To hear a window person have a great invite to say " welcome to KFC". "We don't have any chicken at this time " what would you like"?. I about died😂 !!! The latest visit was awesome food and great staff ! Please close KFC if there's no chicken 🐔🍗. Enjoy peeps 👍😂😂

I have only done the drive-thru so I cannot tell you how the inside is however for the last two times I've been through the drive-thru I haven't gotten my complete order or my orders have been wrong which is very disappointing. The food tastes good. However the wrong orders have lower my score for this place. I hope it's I'm just unlucky instead of it being a regular event here. Also for the price you're paying the order should be done correctly. It's too expensive for the service you get here.

This place needs a whole new make over. The customer service was terrible. When I got to the counter the server acted like he was scared to the operate the register. The establishment says : (Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits) this didn't happen. While visiting you could hear the staff yelling at each others using vulgar language. The need to learn the different parts of chicken. Got a combo, thigh, leg, and wing. Got a breast, leg, and wing, the server acted like it was no big deal and laughed about it. Maybe they need training on customer service.

Typically ordering food from here is fairly decent, quick, and delicious. However, in our most recent order we received biscuits that were very hard, too hard to eat. It was disappointing, as that is typically what the kids go for first. Other than that, the service was very quick and the rest of the food was okay.
