Tortas Rainbow

Stopped here for some local breakfast burritos on our way home from Santa Fe. We got there right as they opened and it took about ten minutes to get three burritos. The vibe is amazing, love that the woman was dancing inside- you can taste the love in the food. If I lived in the area, this would be a frequented spot of mine :)

Steak torta, the five star is for friendliness, there was hardly any avocado in the sandwich the steak is cut in tiny little cubes and they have a tendency to come out of the sandwich. It's a sloppy sandwich, but when you seek your teeth in it...It is very good. Red and green chili that gives it more flavor.

Manuel the owner is an Awesome guy!! Always makes you feel welcomed. And no matter where he sees you he always greets w a smile and hows the family. The rest of his crew and family are great as well. Great customer service. One of our most favorite places. We have had everything on the menu and never been disapointed. My family's favorites and go too's are Tortas de milanesa, Asada and lengua. Tacos.. Are Asada and lengua. Tamales. Burritos... Bean n cheese and Asada. And always Crispy french fries and a watermelon agua fresca. Munchas gracias a todos!!

Ya know, they charge the same amount for 3 tacos as they do for 4 and will not tell you and will not throw them in even knowing you're a first time customer but it's like they still try to make a point like you should just know. Not sure if I'll even try them again, I just wanted good tacos but that kind of business practice is just not for me.
