Jack In The Box

Stopped in here for a quick burger while driving up hwy 15. The service was quick and the burger is pretty good. I'm actually very surprised with Jack in the box burgers. they are juicy but not greasy and definitely not messy. Especially when I'm driving the presentation of the burger and wrapping is the best out there.. I don't have to fold the wrapper so I don't mess up my car... they do it for you.. just see the picture.. its quite impressive. The value is also there... didn't get anything else.. but the burger is a good way to go when driving.

I do had a bad experience at this location today. I got a sloppy, not tasty food. It is only because I used a coupon buy1 get 1 I received this burned missing ingredients sandwich. I have worked 20 years in the food industry and customer service and this one is not excusable. Need to work with passion and not only for the money.

I'm mean, it's JiB late at night. Onion rings were given as (very hot & fresh) fries. Drink was so syrupy sweet as to gag. Fry mix in munchie box was obviously the last of each before the molten fries were made fresh & mis-bagged instead of onion rings. Mis-bagged fries and chicken tenders were very good.

Juana be nice. We have had more than one uncomfortable experience with you. The only reason we are letting it be known today it’s because you’re still being extra rude as a customer service employee. All we want when we come to this location is to get our kids food cause they like it & this is the closest location to us. I understand, a lot of us don’t like our jobs but just make the best of it. Venimos a este país a echarle ganas, deja de hacernos ver mal. Una actitud fea, hace que te mires fea. Animo!

The Jumbo Jack with no cheese has always been my secret burger to get when I'm totally broke.. i always knew it was $2 and change.. something very reasonable.. until covid hit.. now it's doubled and completely outta control. Hello bk or mcD or anybody else reasonable. Also been fighting for a refund for at least 6 months when their app located and prepared food to a farther Jack In The Box than one I went to and they continue to tell me" the store and app are not related"... HUH? I ordered online then picked up what I ordered at the restaurant so idk what the hell they're talking about..
