Some of the machines don't work, or just charges your card but doesn't work. The products to swipe your points for are nothing but junk. 250 tickets is $2.5. you can buy the same thing from dollar store. Just a rip off. Our last time here.

I love this location. It clean and quiet. But the prices have soared since the pandemic. You really don't get very much for the money. But still a fun place to take the kids. All the games worked accepts 5 of them.

I agree with previous post on machines just charging you and not doing anything. At the end of out time there we wanted to exchange our points for prizes but no one was around to help..and it was not busy at all. Finally after walking around us several times, Viviana came over and helped us without any excitement.. we said thank you and she just walked away. Not going back anytime soon.

A sunday disaster. 3 out of the first 4 games my son played had no tickets. Some games aren't even working. Basketball and alley roller games are missing balls. Place is packed at max capacity with many birthday parties. Should have staffed accordingly.

The men's restroom was not working and the men and women had to share the same large women's restroom. Looks like they were under construction, the staff was friendly and the video games were working but they were very short. Most video games last for 2 to 3 minutes these lasted 30 seconds or less. And the pizza was thin and The taste was lacking. I've had better frozen pizza.

Our 4 year old refuses to wear masks and I don’t blame her. We were there for almost 2 hours without anyone saying anything to us. All of a sudden we were told to leave because she didn’t have a mask on. They had no problem with it before we spend almost $100 but once they had our money that’s when they had the balls to tells us to leave.

The Chuck E. Cheese in Escondido is clean, birthday parties abound, they have pizza, and it’s safe. That’s a formula for success when entertaining children.
That being said, it’s over priced. The games never change and if you plan on staying longer than an hour it’s going to get expensive quickly to play the same games and mediocre food. Drop the price 20% and I’ll see 5 star value, but the kids seem to like it.

I went couple days ago , they seem to have enough employees but won't come and help at register when there was a big line . Had to wait for 10min - 12min . I guess they don't organize them selves when it's busy . Overall ok.
