I wish I could ad the video I made from the conversation I had at this place with the employee, but unable to upload. I was getting text messages every day from this location about a special bucket deal. So I said, ok let's get it. It stated on their KFC side that it is a digital coupon so on my way I tried to order it by clicking on their message , loading the KFC site and click on the bucket deal, but when I made my selection all it said wait...tried again....wait...by than I was at the location so I went inside, only to be treated the rudest possible way by some Spanish woman. She wouldn't even come close enough to hear each other's word and she didn't even understand English well enough to comprehend the simple question of "i have a digital coupon but the order on the website isn't working, can I get the same deal at the drivetrough ?" First she was talking about wi-fi not being good and my question was finally answered after the 6th try, she said yes, I will get the same deal if I go trough the drive....okay..got in line...waited good 10 minutes there too, only to find out that they can not give me the same deal at the drive trough ...now the deal was $30 bucket of 8 with an extra 8 piece of thenders and franchfrise ....not a bank breaking deal for them to honor it, but they rather have me a goose chase and waisting my time and being extremely rude ....to get no deal. This isn't the first time at this location. Besides their mashed potato is the worst, made with nothing but water .... I will never go back to this location, rather drive extra 10 minutes than spend my money to rude and inconsiderate people.

This KFC has the worse costumer service. They don’t allow walk in order or dining and when u ask them how can u order food they ignore you question yell at you saying we don’t do orders. This KFC will go out of business because they don’t care about there jobs. Do not eat there. There rude mean and unprofessional here.

Food was pretty good. I was disappointed that they were sold out of the Beyond Meat Chicken but my server was the best. He told me all about the promotion, how popular it was, and the all Vegetarian KFCs in Europe. He also then made me fresh wings to go. Solid dude. I won't call him out by name, but you know who you are. Stay cool.

Came yesterday at around 1pm. I was the only car on the drive thru. No greetings or anything at all, just “let me know when you’re ready” and cut me off while ordering. The worst drive thru I’ve ever been. The lady named Maria that is supposedly the manager was very rude and didn’t even bother to apologize. Horrible experience. Will definitely not recommend.
