The peach mango smoothie was rather good but the boba is tasteless and somehow soggy. The barista remade my smoothie for me and was nice.

I went there about a month and a half ago and had a terrible experience.It was my 2nd time getting a mango smoothie w boba here.Never have i ever seen my boba harden and turn white in my life. I expressed my opinion to an employer and he explained the reasoning, however the manger(i’m assuming) asked what the problem was and i explained myself again and she instantly became EXTREMELY rude. She said “sorry i can’t do anything about it” i told her it hasn’t even been 20 mins since i got my boba and she told me i “had to drink it fast” if i didn’t want it to harden. LOL WHAT??? this is not my first time ordering boba. The manger was obnoxiously RUDE. My mom then got involved and cursed her out afterward and she rudely told her employee to make me a new smoothie after my mom said she wanted a refund. Terrible place to buy boba. Never again.

They said that the boba isn’t frozen. and i believe them. after 2 minutes, guess what. they CAME OUT FROZEN AS SNOW IN ANTARTICA. it’s very bad the boba was so hard.
