This small restaurant took me by surprise today. First off the cashier woman was incompetent, she took our order incorrectly and added 2 more additional items. Once we got our food it tasted like garbage, it was dry and stale. The shrimp tempura was mostly bread hardly contained any shrimp. Also the cook was very rude, definitely not coming back here ever again. By far the worse Japanese cuisine. Just over priced, staled and dry..

I’ve been coming here for years since I used to work in the mall. Loved the food and the customer service they were great they used to be super friendly. Sadly today 11/29/18 I came in for dinner (no longer working in the mall) so I had been craving the teriyaki food and the staff were all different, but I had never had a problem with anyone until today. The cashier was completely incompetent I told her my simple order of what I always get Chicken and shrimp with rice and noodles. Not hard right ? Well I got noodles and chicken. So I told the cook what I asked for and he was making faces like he didn’t want to serve me, it wasn’t even busy and so he puts literally 5 pieces of shrimp, he’s he counted them I watched him and then I asked him what about my rice? So another employee comes and tells me I need to order right. Like what??? I did order how I always order. And as he serves me rice the cook is giving me faces and the guy serving the rice is telling me “no you need to order half and half”. This whole time I know I was very clear with my order so I don’t know what their issue is. It’s not my fault the cashier doesn’t understand English and they put her taking orders. They have lost a long time customer because of it. They only got 2 stars because their food is tasty but they definitely ruined my appetite telling me I’m wrong when I was very clear.
