Dog Friendly!
Drove here on the first day to the UP. My relative had a friend that told us about this place. Escanaba is a beautiful town but this place is stuck out near the airport in an industrial park setting. That being said they have a nice place to enjoy the beer. Small inside sitting. Beer was good. Service was good. Bathrooms were spotless.

I love Upper Hand! I stop in every time I’m in Escanaba to try the great brews and always have a fantastic time. Jordan is always a help in figuring out which beer I’ll like best and sending me home with crowlers of my faves. Be sure to make a stop if you’re in the UP!

Delicious variety of beers on tap and to go packs. Food trucks and you can bring food in from other establishments. A giant property, dog friendly, live bands, and corn hole too.

Good beer, great service! Gary was fun and friendly! I enjoyed Trail Treats, the Mister had Yooper, and Sweet Patty had Oberon. We picked up Sisu stout for family and Pula for fun. Good time in Escanaba! My dog gets a new swanky leash....(he doesn't drink beer anymore)

Well, what can I say? The beer here is fantastic! Really nice facility though a bit small inside, generous seating outside. Gary the bartender is super informative and lots of fun to chat with.

Awesome spot to grab some of my favourite beer from the U.P.
There is plenty of outdoor seating, just note that they only have snacks to eat and a food truck isn’t always around. I saw some people roll in on their bikes, and I think that’s a great way to get out here from Escanaba. Service was great and I had a friendly chat with bartender about some of the brewing process for beers on tap.
Bathrooms are indoor and dress is casual.

Small tap room, cool vibe. Really good beer! Dog friendly outside. We would come here if we pass this way again! The barrel aged finish style sisou Stout was excellent.
