This high-end restaurant has a down-home feel with an inviting atmosphere. The food and specialty drinks are crafted by artisans. Our lamb and Cornish game hens were cooked to perfection and, unlike so many restaurants, they were served hot. The presentation was clearly done with care and attention. They had a good selection of reasonable priced wines. The half-hour drive from Boulder to the quaint town of Erie was worth the effort.

A diamond in the ruff. Absolutely delicious, fresh, farm-to-table food with above and beyond service. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Recently, I ordered take-out requesting a "dairy free" burger here. 24 Carrot staff called me and left a message explaining how there is milk powder in their bun and wanted to know if I still wanted it. I have never received this level of care or service from other restaurants. Another time when my friends and I had dinner there, the bartender came over with little aperitif as a welcome and hello. They were delicious!! Easily our favorite spot in Colorado now. You must try this place!
