Our family of 8 needed a good meal after a weekend of funeral services for my niece. The food was good. A few things had to be sent back , the steak wasn't well done, the home fries wasn't cooked enough and the sausage links tasted boiled instead of pan fried... but we had an awesome waitress, Jennifer who patiently made sure we were satisfied with our food. We even had family join our table late, Jennifer took care of them too. The service was excellent, the food so-so. A new cook maybe hired soon🤫.Thanks to the manager, Linda for ensuring the total bill was reflective of services. We will visit again.

It was not good, not even sure I could say it was OK.
Bacon was burnt to the coal. Sausage was bunt on one side. Hash brown was a little raw inside.
Most of BE I’ve visited were much better. I’m going to avoid this one in the future.

Staff was nice it was a Tuesday late morning around 11am and there was about a 15 minute wait the food was good they were out of grits
:( sausage biscuits and gravy was filling and was pretty good. We also ordered eggs ,French toast and mashed potatoes all was good

Always a great place to eat. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and they serve it all day. Everything I've ever tried has been excellent. Entire staff is wonderful and friendly.

Quite frankly they have no business being opened. They do not have enough staff and we have been here nearly 2 hours still have not received our food. These poor waitresses are busting their tail and people are mad at them the kitchen is not getting the food out. So awful. Do better Bob Evans for your staff and customers. This is unacceptable!

Got pot roast hash. The meat was halfway decent, nothing spectacular and the 2 eggs they serve on top were done the way I asked them to, but it goes downhill, WAY down hill after that!!! I asked for a water to drink and it tasted so heavily metallic one could think they had their silverware sitting in it for days!!! The worst part of all however were the breakfast potatoes that were under the hash. They tasted as if they weren't even halfway finished cooking and weren't hot, and didn't taste anywhere even remotely close to fresh. Lastly, the amount of shredded cheese sprinkled over the top was pathetic, and not to mention not the least bit melted.

The absolute coldest food I’ve EVER had delivered to me! It states delivery time when placing order through Bob Evans app, yet they give cold food to delivery driver that picked up food past the time it was supposed to be delivered. I called only to hear the manager say she will file a complaint and let them no I was unhappy SMH! I just spent money on cold food and that’s all I get is we will file complaint. Amazingly rude and unprofessional on how they handled it! I will not be going or ordering delivery from Bob Evans again and I suggest you all do the same!!! Worst food experience in my life!!!

Ordered through website for delivery, delivery was set to be here at 3:19 it shows up at 3:37! I understand they use DoorDash but if the delivery time is set to 3:19 and driver doesn’t even get food until 3:28 you figure Bob Evans wouldn’t let them pick up cold food! My food was ridiculously cold!!! I’m very unhappy to spend $30 only to receive something only my dogs would eat! Call to complain and manager says sorry I’ll put in a complaint that you weren’t happy! I’ll NEVER order from there again!!!!
