There are 2 Subways in Ephrata and this is the better one. They handle lots of customers well. Plenty of seating too. You can eat healthier here than most fast food places. But it depends on how you have them fix your sandwich.

Placed an online order and waited a half hour for the employees to even start my order. When the sandwich "artist" started our food she grabbed the bread (the first step) and looked my fiance dead in the eye and said, "I'm almost done". The sandwiches were then completely butchered. They did not follow any instructions on amounts to put on the sandwiches. Very disappointed with the service and quality of food. Do better.

5 stars to employee Ashlyn was very nice and quick at making our sandwiches:) however -2 stars to the ginger manger with a eyeybrow piercing I didn’t like how the manger showed up and was blatantly rude to her employee and acting unprofessional to her employees and in front of others especially. Not a smile, hello or anything to her staff or anyone in the store. It was the 4th of July and she was rude to her staff and making the comments “it’s always something” with a scuff to her workers being in the store 5 min and after a rush her employee just got through before she arrived. Nagging behind her as she was making our sandwiches is rude as hell to her as the employee trying to just do her job right and the customers in the store. Treat your employees with respect thanks!

Ordered two Different wraps . They gave our order to someone else and made The same wrap.. I understand they were busy but the gal was the manager and should have been paying attention over charged us.

I do have to tell you folks! This place has been my favorite thing to do when I head into Ephrata at night! The Subway sandwiches here are the very best, especially when there served with a smile!!! The employees who work there are the very best proffessional woman that I have ever met as a 57 year old man.... Straight honest American People.. Great citizens!!!

I generally like a good sandwich but this place has questionably rude unprofessional management. I feel that for a chain restaurant this place is overdue for new ownership as well as management. Maybe we need a Jimmy Johns or a Quizno's in place of these sub par subways.
