Recommend the fish and chips. Fixed fresh. Got pork chop dinner to go which included ALL the fixings for the baked potato! Excellent dinners.

The fried chicken was amazing. Definitely a must try. Felt like having dinner at home. Great for kids.

Superb, delicious, extraordinary. My father has been telling me about the biscuits and gravy for years. I finally got a chance to eat them... Yummy! The gravy is not super peppery and it's thick enough to eat all by itself as a meal. I, personally, wish the portion size was a bit bigger or that it came with sides, but still... Yummy!!! The staff are stupendous, even when they are almost full, they do their absolute best to give every table individual attention and you can feel it.

Great food with breakfast served late in the day! Eggs benedict is my favorite but this last visit ordered a Cali club wrap and was surprised by the awesome fries.

Bad food! Had more than 5 meals here as we like to support locals but unfortunately it's just bad food! Hopefully new chefs/ cooks soon!

This place was worth the wait

This place is horrible. Waited over a hour, to pay 30 dollars for drinks, just to go eat somewhere else. Our waitress was beyond rude, and disrespectful. While waiting for that long, no one even came to refill our drinks or say anything. Will absolutely never go back. Did find an amazing gem to eat called the Kettle. It's right up the street and delicious, with great service. I don't usually write reviews, but this was that bad.

Krains Corner is an American-style diner. A kitschy, old building with some local history (they have flyers with the history available for free in the restaurant). Their breakfasts are FANTASTIC! With the best part (to me) being the homemade jams (soooo good!). Unfortunately, while their breakfasts are served all day, their pancakes (and french toast?) are only served until 1 or 2pm. My favorite is one of the breakfasts with pancakes which I put jam on. My hubby loves their omelets and they have a trout breakfast that he adores. Their other meals are good too, but we love the breakfasts most of all!
It's a bit of a drive, but worth it!
