Had a "one and done" at the Rainier yesterday just to say hello to the folks who work there and see if any other locals were there. Yes, it's kind of my "Cheers" locale here in Enumclaw. I highly recommend the place because of its excellent staff, great brew selection and tasty menu items.

The Rainier is my favorite place to go for a good steak. Their rib eyes are phenominal! Hand carved and cooked to perfection. It is our go to restaurant when we are craving a good steak. My guy orders his medium rare and I like mine just a bit more rare than medium rare, but not quite blue rare and they always get it spot on! All of their food is really good! Had the Prime Rib special yesterday and it was incredible. Every time we have been in, the service was great, it was really fast and excellent food! We didn't even have time to finish our seared ahi appetizer & our soup before the main course was done! I just read a recent review saying they had to wait 30 minutes...trust me, that RARELY happens. They are usually right on point! Everybody has bad days once in a while, so don't let that one review stop you from giving them a try. Skip the high end restaurants who serve everything a la carte, and go to The Rainier, you'll be glad you did! Under $30 for The Rainier Rib Steak, with yummy sides (potatoes & veggies) and worth every penny of it! We always have enough leftovers to make steak & eggs for breakfast. SOOOOO GOOOOOD!

Definitely a hotspot in town, and it's no wonder! Drinks were served extremely quickly, waitstaff were friendly and very attentive. As far as the food, there was not one thing to complain about. Portion sizes were reasonable for the price, and care was taken in the preparation and plating. My group ordered the Steamer Clams, Calamari, Onion Rings, Fish and Chips and a Pulled Pork Sandwich. In summary, the visit here is well worth the price, and even if just passing though town it's worth a stop in.

Loved this cute spot downtown Enumclaw. It was a great place to grab lunch before we headed up the mountain. They have a great patio set up outside near the street and it is dog friendly! Tuesday special is the hot pot and it was 10/10. I would go back just for that, overloaded with mussels, clams, prawns, salmon, and cod- for less than the price of the bacon cheeseburger?! Wow- it was amazing! 15 rotating taps, great selection of beers.

Stop by for a late lunch. The menu looks amazing and all the food around us looked great. I settled on the Western Burger and it did not disappoint. Pro tip, take one onion ring off, then smash the burger. Service was great and the drinks are top notch. I'll be back here again for sure.

6 people in my lunch party today. Two had beer from the taps. They complained that the taos were sour. The waitress was told, unsure if anything was done. We had over a 25-minute wait to get a table. Once seated, we had great service. I had the pulled pork tacos. I give them a 5 star. Very good plate size and very tasty. The group also ordered appetizers. The calamari and the onion rings. The onion rings were ridiculously large. The calamari was not very well seasoned, and complaints of 6 of our party didn't like them.

The staff was very friendly and easygoing. Onion rings were crisp, hot, and delicious. I have had the clam chowder in the past and it was good, this last visit it was just mediocre.... but the bread pudding made up for it. mmmm!
