Little Caesars

Called at least 10 times. It’s always the case. People call to just pick up and go for lack of time. When I go and have to order there I still have to wait 15 minutes or more to get a simple pizza. I thought it was grab and go? 🤦🏻‍♀️ when ever I have to go inside it’s not even busy to where they need to ignore phone calls, so I’m not sure what their problem is. They don’t even have pepperoni or cheese ready to grab and go. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This place use to be on point with service and availability but not it seems like it's chaotic. They never have anything ready such as the hot and ready's. Everytime I've been here lately it's been a wait and the front desk people unprofessional. To avoid having to deal with the wait and the cashier I would order online but now they don't offer that anymore. Everytime I try to order online it say the store is not taking online orders. I like Little Caesars so I hope they get things fixed. I haven't seen the manager that usually is there so I'm thinking that is the reason for sudden change in service.

My daughter called to order a few cheese pizzas, 3 order of crazy bread,and 2 large cheese bread, I myself, my husband and other daughter heard her call and order . My daughter goes to pick up the order cause I am I’ll. She gets home with extra cheese bread and sauce that we did not order. After we call to let them know we have to much food and wasn’t expecting to spend that much, they get very Rude and start calling my daughter and myself a liar and saying they know that I ordered that extra bread and sauce, after going around and around with them, no apology or anything, just they don’t have time to argue and if I need to they will give me 6 bucks back!! Hello!! It’s not the 6 dollars, it’s how Rude and them calling us a liar!! Very Nasty people!!!!

We have been regular customers to this store. The quality of service has taken a severe nose dive, well beyond what would be expected during this time. Went there this evening at 7pm. Well within the 4-8pm time frame for hot and ready that they love to quote in their ads. Ordered a simple cheese pizza. Was promptly informed that the orders they were currently working on were almost an hour old already and it would be AT LEAST that long before we could even hope to get one of their "Hot and ready" products. And now has gotten even worse. If you show up you get told you will have a significant wait, and their online ordering isn't even working for you to order ahead. If I was corporate, I would take a serious look at the management there. They are failing on just about every measure.

Top notch service!!! Have used them quite a bit for years. These past 6 months the association I am apart of has ordered multiple pies with no issues at all.
