Chill Yogurt Cafe

I just took my kids and wife to get some ice cream. We got there a little earlier, but the owner let us in. Everyone was super nice. It's a little bit of a drive for us, but worth every penny. The frozen yogurt is always amazing, it's always very clean, and the employees are nice. Overall a fantastic place to take the family for desert.

We went on Sunday, July 3rd, and it was awesome. The man working there that day was super helpful and very hospitable. It's not often you find stellar customer service like that anymore. I was amazed at the amount of different toppings they have. It was very yummy. We will be going back the next time we are in the area.

The 2 ladies working didn't greet us in. I did get a yogurt with a few toppings and it had a bad taste! I brought it up to their attention and the 2 ladies were freaking rude! 1 stated that everything is fresh. The other went over there stuck her finger to grab a topping to taste it and said, no it ok. 1ST OFF GRABBING A TOPPING WITH YOUR FINGER US NASTY!!! I will not go back.

Manager has horrible people skills! Took kids in and they were so excited my nephews had never been before... both manager and team member walked right past us while we were standing at the cups no greeting nothing then! Obviously we were wanting the $6 fill up knowing they were out didn't mention anything, so I asked her and she rudely replied that they were out! Then I asked are you only doing it by weight or are you substituting another cup! Again rudely like I was bothering her it's only by weight! I am ok with paying by weight or paying for a smaller cup if I don't have to worry about kids filling up a weighted cup especially having more than one kid! But I'm not ok with giving somebody business that can not speak to their customers! On our way out she tried to change her tune and offered we could substitute a cup just don't fill it up all the way no I am ok you should of gave us some options or just apologize that you were out of the cups! Went over to Rita's they had great customer service!

It has been a while since I've been here. Half of the tags from the flavors were missing so you could not tell what yogurt was there. The tables were not clean. The counters around the extra toppings were dirty. The floor felt sticky. The cashiers were sitting at a table eating like regular customer, no greeting no nothing. Very poor customer service.
