Touchdown Burgers

My husband and I had lunch here for the first time yesterday. I had the bacon cheeseburger; he had the double burger and we split and order of chili cheese fries. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! Portions were large and the patties were bigger than we expected. The restaurant itself was very clean & the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

You get a lot for your money. The burger was fine, and tasted good enough to warrant the 20ish dollars my wife and I spent. The fries however were soggy, was told by a neighbor that if you don't get them fresh it's always that way. So, probably an excellent lunch spot, we went about 4pm. Drive-thru was really fast as well.

The guy taking my order kept interrupting me as I gave my order, got my order wrong and when it came out the fries were not hot or fresh. I mentioned that that forgot the extra patty I asked for and he said he would look into but never came back. I went up to the counter shortly after and asked for the drinks he forgot to give us and then waited another ten minutes for the extra party that they never even made after I asked for it the second time. When I asked if it was ready he said he never put the order in because it wasn't the same price as the burger that I paid for. Rather than wait even longer I said nevermind and just ate my cold burger and fries. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that I was literally one bite away from finishing when he comes back and says "If you're not done with your burger or want another one we can make it for you for free sir" 🤦‍♂️

This place is hit or miss, that's why I won't be back. I've had good burgers but the service is terrible. The workers are noticeable lackadaisical. The last two times we waited forever to get our food (assuming it was being cooked to order) only to get cold patties and cold fries. If you don't care about timeliness and quality you lose business.
