The service was great. But the food was not. The sauce was good. But even the ribs were dry.

Food is usually great and the people are nice but you’ll have to wait at the front to pick up a mobile order or to be sat for 5-10 minutes. Some waiters and waitresses will just look at you as the walk by. Makes your business not feel wanted.

Food was OK. Sliw service, it took a while to order. We finally got to place our order, waitress came back 15 minutes later and said they are out of brisket and smoked sausage would you like to substitute. Had we been advised when we ordered we would have went somewhere else.

Ordered the motherlode,when plate came out i was told they were out of chickin so she told kitchen to just give me more pulled pork(which i wasnt given an option). Well the pulled pork was all fat and they gave me sausage instead of a hotlink. So the real kicker was a few minutes later someone behind me oredered the motherlode and i noticed she did not tell him they wrre out of chickin. Also couldnt get a refill for the life of us!

Waitress Cheyanne was good. We were upset by the fact that 3 groups of 4 and a group of 2 were seated before us a party of 2 who were on the list after us.

Everything we ask was delicious, so we eat a brisket plate, smoke beans, cole slaw, grean beans, place was clean and waitress very nice!
