Food took over 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive. When I called girl said driver left a while ago. When I was upset suddenly she said I will call and see where he is. 10 minutes later she calls there is an accident sorry. He will be there soon. I am sorry but over an hour with no contact or information is not good. I will not order from this place again.

We order from Sultan Wok, Englishtown quite often & have never had a bad meal!! You can call in & place your order, or for your convenience, order online. They also offer walk-in. The staff has always been friendly, and delivery is quick. They have a nice selection of dinner combination platters, as well as MANY other choices to please the whole family. They offer gluten free & diet options as well. Their boneless ribs are my go to – so meaty & delicious!! Their sushi – FRESH! Their portions are generous with a good combination ratio (hope that makes sense.) It’s always been delivered hot, to a point where it still has to cool down, but that’s okay because it gives you time to eat your appetizers. We’ve never had a salty dish from them, not to mention that you can order your dish with any special requests. This place is always busy, but I like that because it means their food is always fresh! We’ve ordered from them for YEARS & they’re reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying them at least once, but beware – your family will be hooked! ps. I have an update I just tried the crab rangoon that I would definitely say to give a shot at ordering it I thought it was delicious it's a nice little sweet cream cheese to go along with the spicy savory food,,,I've been here a few times and I kind of like this place between the chicken and broccoli garlic sauce the entrees with the mixed Chinese vegetables the beef was good the pork was good the fried rice was pretty good also got the fried dumplings also got steam dumplings the only thing I have not tried was the seafood entrees I'd only gotten the meat so far but thumbs up I'll definitely be back here again it's a little bit out of my way but I like to service it's always ready on time the price is always on the money it's what they quote you on the phone so far there has not been any issues and if anything arises you know I'll be back to tell you so I'll either be back to bump them up another star which is more than likely

I have been ordering from here for years since I grew up in the area, and it's been good. I don't live here anymore, but sometimes order when I visit. I was excited for ordering tonight. I ordered S.6 seafood pan fried noodles. I've had this at other restaurants and liked it. I paid $18 for soggy noodles, tough frozen seafood, and artificial crab in a gelatinous white sauce that made it completely inedible. I am not a picky eater, but I could not even eat this. I called them to complain, and explained the problem. The woman on the phone told me that if I wanted crispy noodles I should have asked for sauce on the side! The description from the menu says "Lobster Meat, Jumbo Shrimp, Scallop, Crab Cake, And Mixed W/ Chinese Vegs. Served Over Crispy Fried Noodles" My family and I have patronized this restaurant for years, in Englishtown and Eatontown locations. Although we have had fine experiences in the past, we will never patronize Sultan Wok again. We look forward to giving our money to businesses that care about their customers' satisfaction.

We have ordered from here several times and have always dealt with extremely long delivery times, so tonight we decided to place the order and go pick it up. The restaurant called me to confirm that we wanted it as a pick up order and told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes. We left to go get the food and 25 minutes later it was not ready. Fine, no big deal, as my husband is there waiting for the food he stepped outside for a moment and when he returned less than three minutes later he was told the food was given to the delivery driver. No apologies, no concern. Basically told us to hurry home to get our $100+ order. This will be the last time I ever order from this establishment. We are in a global pandemic and doing what we can to support local businesses but that does not mean it’s okay to operate like this. Not to mention, when I tried to call to insure the driver would just leave the food outside, they would not answer the phone on my four attempts, yet picked up immediately with my husbands number. Stay away from businesses like this.
