Tommy' S Bagels

The bagels here are great, all of their products are. My problem with them lies in their staffing shortages. I usually go there around 6:30-7am where the last few times there has only been one person working the counter. The guy does the best he can, I can tell he's hustling but there is usually a line and things would be a lot smoother with at least two people working the counter. The cash only part is annoying as well, its 2022 come on.

Can’t deny a great bagel shop; hands down are the best….buuuuuuuuut the recent change of people working the counter has been the worse service I’ve ever encountered in the 4+ years we’ve been coming here. I understand that we’re living in times where this new generation doesn’t want to work but having a staff like this will destroy a Buisness. They lack customer service skills & do not go above & beyond as the previous staff. At one point, I wasn’t sure if my order was taken correctly because there was minimal to no eye contact where I had to ask if she took my complete order. The food was handled without using disposable gloves and did not look appealing when served Very very disappointed with this continued service.
