My mom and I are on our way home to the Ozarks region of Missouri, where we come from. Today, before we left Ohio, where we attended a convention in Columbus this week, I got a delectable breakfast here. We came here because I had seen a sign for Tim Horton's in Ohio on our way to our Airbnb, and I had first learned of this Canadian breakfast/fast food chain via a video on Samuel and Audrey's YouTube channel.
My breakfast was a Bacon Egg & Cheese English Muffin with a Vanilla Cream Donut and, of course, coffee. Although I could not order their specialty sweet coffee because their espresso machine was broken, my breakfast was all good.

The coffee is usually really good. But my stars are more for the young people who work there. They are so kind and friendly. You can tell they like their customers. I’m there everyday because of them! Keep them and the store will succeed!

I’ve been going to this location for close to 8 years now. Randall (manager) has always been nothing but great. Incredibly personable with outstanding service. Their employees like Justin and Sierra, as well as the others unfortunately I don’t know by name are always great! They always greet us every morning with a positive message and no matter how busy they are offer quick service and a smile. I’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons but this one is my favorite by far because of the people.

I am a mom to a 3 month old and by 2pm I’m exhausted. I have tried ordering multiple times for a coffee delivery around 2-3pm and Every-time I order, I get a message from the Doordash driver saying their espresso machine is down. I truly believed it the first time, but the fact it happens on a weekly basis seems pretty sketchy to me. I used to be a big fan of Tim Horton’s and get coffee almost daily, but now that I have a baby and don’t get out much I can’t get it. Really wish I could take advantage of their delivery service, but that espresso machine always “being down” is going to cause me to take my business elsewhere.

Everytime we come here we are met with rude uncaring employees. If you have more then one thing to order you are rushed. This is something that has happened here for years. You order one thing, "is that all" order the next thing "is that all" the food here is never made well or fresh and it's gotten so bad with the quality of employees I don't even feel comfortable ordering here anymore. My family will no longer be doing business here.

This morning, I ordered two plain Bagels Double Toasted with cream cheese. This is my usual order and today I only received one bagel. To top it off, it was not even Toasted once. I was very disappointed !!

I have no idea why I continue to come here besides the convenience of pastries. Every single time I am disappointed by the wait, the (lack of) quality and the overall lack of care.
The staff are nice, yes. But they are also lazy. 95% of my visits, been here more than 30 times (again, I'm not sure why I continue besides convenience), there are more than 5 employees visible with only 1 or 2 actually working.
Drive thru is the only area I ever see functioning on a high level.
Look at my picture of a Tuscan Panini. It's 50% bread! There's a ton of cheese and, maybe, 7 tiny, tiny pieces of chicken.
I will drive 10 extra minutes to get to another Hortons.

Great experience there yesterday. I have a nut allergy and inquired about the pumpkin muffin. A young man stepped up and said he would find out and he did. The muffin was delicious. I suggest that the employees all educate themselves on the products. Many people have allergies and need this information.
