I enjoy stopping in when passing through the Midwest. A convenient location, next to lodging and stores. Angie appeared in a flash deftly maneuvering through the customers, in a great mood refilling coffees and taking my off the menu order without skipping a beat. I overheard her correcting the cook on my order, which arrived promptly and hot. The eggs were cooked as requested, the biscuits warm just a bit too crumbly. The bowl of gravy was dark and full of sausage chunks, great tasting over the biscuits. I eat bfast quickly and Angie was attentive, ready with coffee refill and checking to see if I needed anything else. Another great place for the Hungry Hippo!

This location is in need of an upgrade with ceiling tiles that are damaged and open to the space above, dirty booths, chunks of food under the booths, coffee carafe had no lid, substituted a condiment cup, and spout was chipped. Server warned me to take the condiment cup off before pouring more coffee or it would spill all over and I would be cleaning it up, really. Service was slow and staff were loud and obnoxious. Overall not a pleasant experience, won't be going back. Server was Jade, tell me you don't want a tip without telling me you don't want a tip.

We visited the Englewood location on Main Street. Great customer service from our server. They were short staffed and she gave our table extra attention. She gave my four year old granddaughter "special" attention. My 14 year old granddaughter was impressed too. I would visit this location again and request this server.

Cameron, Marcus, and Emily completely rock. Even though they were swamped with orders, they smiled and were super polite - very professional customer service that's in short supply these days. You can see the heart Marcus has for giving his customers the best service he's able. They even got my special request correct on my order!

First time here, honestly the food was great but my experience was just average. I'm of the mindset when you eat somewhere if there is going to be a delay longer than 15 minutes, I think it's great for the waiter or waitress to let you know. We sat down very quickly but 50 minutes later we were still waiting on our food. Sadly by that time it was time to get back on the road so we had to take it to go but the food itself was perfect!
