Panera Bread

Fantastic! When I came into the store I thought that the store manager is Eboni with her loudly energetic voice and her welcoming greetings. She took care of me with an international level of customer service in a very passionate manner against her profession and she was intellectually helpful to me to make the correct choice from this amazingly tasteful kitchen! The coziness that she brought to this store definitely deserves an appreciation such as a raise on position or salary.

I haven't had Panera in a while so was in the mood for it. I ordered my meal online of the Mediterranean veggie sandwich on ciabatta with avocado along with other items. I ordered it for a 1:10 pick up. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and to the pick up area and my food was ready. I ordered a jug of juice for my clients but they didn't have cups in the bag so had to ask the manager. They also forgot my side special sauce I asked for. When I got in I ate and the sandwich wasn't bad. It tasted better when I added chips. Eveything was good and I had an ok experience.

I’ve been coming to this Panera Bread for a few months now and like it a lot. The place is convenient, spacious and the crowd is usually quiet. Service has always been great. I’m particularly impressed with Ebony as she’s always smiling and proactive in helping (she also helped me signed up with the unlimited drink program which I’ve been using happily!).

I love the service at Panera Bread. The staff is polite , the food is delicious and FRESH and the options on the menu are great. I also like how the service is set up. From placing your order to taking your name, to having a designated area where you can comfortably wait to receive your food. They offer a variety of pastries and drinks that keep me coming back. I enjoy the pumpkin/squash soup in the cold months along with the 10 vegetable soup and the sandwiches are also delicious. They also offer a dine-in section which is cozy.
