Excellent customer service. Friendly, attentive & efficient staff. I enjoyed my impromptu birthday meal. Pancake batter is a bit too salty for me & I wished the regular omlettes did not have the whole wheat batter in it but other than that, I enjoy the food & dining experience. It is a treat!

I have stopped for breakfast, lunch and dinner in this IHOP before and their meals were always appetizing. I stopped for dinner today, June 27, 2022 ,I ordered chicken parmigiano and to my surprise it looked like I was served old food and went I complained and changed my order for and cheese omelet the grilled wasn't clean and the omelet had black spots as you can see in the picture and the pot roast was missing the mushrooms and it was nothing like the description in the menu. And the service provided by the waitor was poor

Being the closest IHOP to our home, we have been to this location few times. Usually its really crowded on weekend breakfast hours, hard to find parking at that time too. But on weekdays it’s pretty convenient to find seating on arrival. IMO their breakfast items like pancakes and omelette are pretty good, but other items like burgers and sandwiches are sort of disappointing. In my latest visit, the chicken paddy was unevenly cooked. My recommendation would be stick with the pancakes.

This was supposed to be a 3 1/2 star but boy O boy, the bathrooms! Top notch! The food was average and could be easily be beaten out by a diner but the bathroom steals the show!

Best managed IHOP I've ever been to. Food is always cooked properly and is delicious. My only issue with it is that it can become tremendously busy. The staff handles the rush as well as they possibly can.

Been here at 3.50 pm for brunch. Excellent service compared to one in north Bergen, where they didn't even bothered to give sauce, syrup for pancakes and extra napkins . The waiter was patient and very polite. Clean and quick service. Very fresh and crispy side salad, food was served hot. Drove from north Bergen to that place reading the reviews. Didn't regret going so far :-). Was very happy by the service and food.

Great to come for breakfast or dinner. Low cost. Filling meals whether eggs, pancakes and bacon or turkey, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Turkey sausage and bacon available. Clear screens set up between tables. Friendly promot service. Specials for over 55!

If you eat at IHOP you know they are not all created equally. This location in the heart Englewood, I give major thumbs up when it comes to food. The staff had been there for years and greet the regulars and newbies all the same.
