Mcdonald's

This is the only food spot open in our town after 11pm. First off I have to say it’s the worst service ever. The two different managers that work the evenings are equally terrible in there people skills and there attention to detail. Ten out of ten times our order is missing items and where to feel we are bad people for speaking up. After midnight every night they only take cash. We never get a receipt because they do the math and add up the costs. There never right with the total after tax. Tonight was the final straw she treated to call the cops because she messed up with our order and we wanted our food that we paid for and never received. I hope as a ‘empire that MCDonalds they will train there people better and make us the customers feel like we are valued not like where crooks. I hope the right person sees this. Please contact me back. It’s only fair.

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Three times, no charm. First time, I waited 20 minutes for fries, second time I went for breakfast, they had to make oatmeal, today they had no coffee made during the breakfast hour and I had to wait 5ish minutes. There’s no sense of urgency when they work. They move so slow as if there’s no rush. It’s a shame that they’re in a convenient location, but their service is an inconvenience.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds I've ever seen. It's past 1 am and first I'm told up to a 20 minute wait when there is 5 cars total in the parking lot then you tell me your not serving nuggets right now. Yall want $15 a hour for $3 worth of effort. I'll NEVER come back and I'll spread the word to my family and friends not to as well. I'm severely disappointed. They shouldn't be on the menu if they don't serve them and I've never sat in line for 20 minutes at a FAST FOOD place.

This location is horrible, the staff is lazy, and the manager/district manager are awful. 40 minute wait at the drive through between 11pm and 6am, constantly forgetting patties, getting orders wrong in general, mcflurries and shakes are never available, and when complaints are made to the DM, they respond with, "oh okay, thanks". Never going back. The lazy staff wants $15/hr for $2 worth of work.

Nothing to complain or compliment. It's a normal McDonald's ..... Go there at peak dinning times or the food will not be fresh. The restaurant now is understaffed , so ordering by kyosk is the faster way to get food. If you wait for a cashier, you will be waiting an additional 3-5 minutes before being able to order
