Baked Euphoria Cafe

My 4 year-old son and I came in on a whim to get a treat. There were many delicious creations (cookies, cupcakes, muffins, brownies) and it was all very reasonably priced. There were also a book of potential specialty cake sculptures that one could order. They take both cash and cards. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable too.

I ordered a baby shower cake from Baked Euphoria and it was absolutely beautiful. The cake was a huge hit at the baby shower and the mom to be was in love with it. I gave Bonnie some input but she far exceeded what I had imagined. The cake was not only beautiful but it was DELICIOUS! Thanks again for a great cake!

Drove by this place with my daughter on the way home from the dentist's office. Saw the lit up "open" sign and decided to stop in. I'm very glad we did! While the immediate selection available wasn't huge, everything we tried was delicious. My daughter was very taken by the colorful sprinkles on the Italian wedding cookies, and she enjoyed the taste just as much! I tried one as well, and the flavor was softly lemony and the texture was really appealing. The blueberry cream cheese muffin was a very pleasant surprise. The inside was moist and fluffy, studded with fat blueberries, and the top had a lovely crispness to it that offered a really great textural contrast. But the cupcakes. My goodness, the cupcakes really stole the show for me. We got the chocolate ganache filled cupcake and the cookies and cream cupcake. I didn't get to try the cookies and cream, as my daughter devoured it, but the chocolate one... decadent is the only way I can think to describe it. I would absolutely stop by again next time I'm in the area and wanting a sweet treat!

My daughters wedding cake came from here this past weekend not only was it not the cake they chose but what they did send looked like a 5 yr old decorated it and the cake itself was coarse, dry & icing tasted like straight up shortening out of the can!! What a shame that over $500 worth of cake went into the garbage . After acknowledging that it was their mistake they said the best they could offer was a 60% refund!! Are you kidding me , with practices like this you are lucky you havent found yourself in court yet. Shame on you!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Got a few cupcakes when I stopped in to pick up my coffee order from Laveggio roaseria (another great local business you should check out). These cupcakes were out of this world! Not only did they have some less common flavors (apple and salted Carmel was my favorite) but they were beautiful, and delicious. The folks that helped me out when I stopped in were very friendly as well. I highly recommend stopping in to check it out!

The new owner Julie has terrible business practices and does not care to keep loyal customers of well over a decade, and thousands of dollars of business, over a $50 credit. We have purchased every cake for every occasion for the last decade from them, and would of loved to have continued doing so. When our shower got cancelled due to Covid last year, we postponed our order and were given a credit. Julie refused to honor said credit, as keeping a loyal customer by honoring a measly $50 credit doesn’t align with her “business standpoint”. This conversation finally took place after several weeks of unreturned phone calls and waiting on hold for extended periods of time. Her customer service skills leave A LOT to be desired and I have a feeling their cakes will too. What a shame!
