Family owned and operated. This place is good. The menu is nice and they have options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Fresh made, hot tortilla chips and salsa with every meal. John, the manager and son of the late owner is delightful and very talkative.

Mediocre food, annoying owner/waiter and they only accept cash.
At least you won't feel bad not leaving a tip, because you'll have to pay $3.50 to get money out of the ATM at the 7-11 he sends you to, and he probably doesn't pay any taxes since he only takes cash.
In general, when a restaurant is empty you should probably pass. I should have followed my own advice.

Not for everyone but man is this for me. Great ingredients. Hand made drinks. Small kitchen means food comes when it is ready. Puerco dish...ask for the wine sauce. (And, yes, this is a real review)
