Mcdonald's

I have been McDonald customer for ages. Am 81 now. This McDonald restaurant is terrible in terms of Try to cheat. The French fries they give you not infrequently is old. I am serious. I should know after all these years what a fresh French fries look like. Ie; long yellowish color as it appears on their adds sometimes we see on Tv. But the one they give you is short brownish overcooked. You can tell that not only it is left over but by the meat of their colors ( almost burned) they have been te- entered in their cooking oil tank to make warm and as a result it would be over cooked and hence the brownish color. This is terrible. Why they do that is beyond me. Next time I’ll look at it and if I see that again I’ll throw it at them.

The service here was horrible. We were ignored and the small order took way longer than it should have (time ordered: 8:16pm time received: 8:35pm on 10/26/2019). Even the employee that took the ordered was shocked that we were still waiting. When I spoke to the manager and another employee about the condition of the restroom they asked another employee that had just used the restroom if there was an issue... he said "no." I spoke a 2nd time to the manager, this time ignoring me as another employee told her that I needed to speak to her, and she said that they're short staffed and cant deal with it now. I then showed her the pictures and told her that the other employee was in the restroom didn't see the issue and that's why he said "no." I will NEVER return to this McDonald's and encourage others no to as well. It's a shame that it's called McDonald's and hold that well known name. Not to mentioned my daughter threw up and vomited their nasty icecream as soon as we got home just now and 9:20pm.

Today 12/15 at 8:18 at Macdonald’s #3404 1271 Encinitas ca 92024 Cashier was super rude he left me waiting in the drive through just because I asked him if he could repeat my order he never did so I assumed something was wrong with the microphone, I drive to the window and asked if he can repeat my order and all he says is my total $$$ so I repeat that I just want to make sure he got my order right and again no answer to my question he just repeats my total with out even looking at me .. I pay and he has the guts to just trow me the receipt… I move to next window to get my food and ask to talk to the manger , the girl that gave us the food said she was the manger but I really don’t think so cause her Custumer service is just as bad, all she said I’ll talk to him … you should really look in to the customer service in this location they clearly don’t care about their job
