Horrible experience! I had to wait 17minutes to get my breakfast bagel and a chocolate chip bagel toasted chocolate chip bagel. The restaurant was a complete mess, bagels, cups and trash evereywhere, staff either didn't care or was flat rude. 6 days ago I had also purchased a $25 gift card with a $5 bonus attached. I used that gift card once for $8 yet somehow my gift card only had a $12 balance and the $5 bonus card had no balance - hence I had to come out of pocket $2 bucks to cover my $14 purchase!.?!. The kicker was their register receipts are illegible so I can't even call their corporate offices or reference my receipts.

Literally waited over 30 minutes for 3 bagels. Then they forgot to make my drink so started scrambling. I watched them rinse out old milk from the coffee machine and then put the frother on top of the garbage can while trying to make the rest. Disgusting???? Not even a hand wash either. Ended up waiting another 10 for the drink that I ended up dumping in the trash and could barely eat the bagels. Don’t come here. Long waits and unsanitary staff.

This store is so dirty. The credit card machine is greasy and has a hair stuck to it. The floors look like they haven’t been steam cleaned in 5 years, and I’m sorry but everything in the store doesn’t look like it’s been wiped down in months. The food was good but seriously, I didn’t want to touch anything in that place and upper management needs to go see it.

I get it that everyone is trying their best, except for the people who work at Einstein bagels. They couldn't put forth less effort if they tried. Nothing is stocked nothing is done efficiently and no matter what you order they screw it up or do the exact opposite. This is not unique. Every location has horrible customer service and the food is going downhill too

Bagels are really good, if I can even get any. This place gets very busy because of its location, but they never seem to have bagels. Only very limited selection. Maybe if the manager would read the reviews they would understand that they need to make more, especially during peak. I mean c’mon. This has been happening for years, look at the other reviews. Other than that the wait times can be long depending on the time and the service is decent, but if you’re coming here in the morning to get in and out, I recommend you call ahead (15 minutes in advance). They have a great deal on Monday’s, $7 Bakers Dozen with 2 spreads.
