Wendy's

If I could give them no stars I would. I was picking up an order and when I got there the dining area was closed. I was told to go through the drive thru. They told me it wasn't ready yet to park out front. I day they're and watched 4 cars pull up and leave through the drive thru. I guess order ahead orders aren't on their list of orders that matter.

We went there for breakfast and the door is lock when their sign says, open at 9:00 AM. After waiting for 20 minutes they finally open and we proceed to ordered our breakfast. This place is total mess bc the casher goofed up our order plus I don't have my D-cuff coffee when the menu said, they have d-cuff. Im sorry to say but i will not patronized this place ever again.

It's not about the food, it's about the amount of trash out and around the property coming from Wendy's. Sunday, I couldn't take it anymore and cleaned up the majoriity of the mess but there's still alot to do. Being a good business is taking responsibility of the community your in and this doesn't seem like a big ask. Could you prioriize the regular cleaning of the property around you?

They just wont let you come inside in the morning some body in there might think it’s more convenient that way but they make it hard for others also if they won’t let no body in they should put a notice or something, personal opinion they take covid 19 as an excuse to not le people inside and not worry about cleaning etc.. LAZY employees and managers

The food was so-so but the service was poor. Ordered a beef cheeseburger with bacon, got given a spicy chicken burger. When my wife took it back she was rudely told by the girl at the counter (Jessica) that we had pointed to a chicken burger on the menu (or receipt clearly showed a beef Burger ordered). I went back to get it changed and Jessica rolled her eyes and kept wanting to talk about a chicken burger. We ordered beef, the receipt said beef, and regardless the customer should be right. Eat at the Jersey Mike's, Taco place or Supermarket at this small shopping centre instead.

Customer service ROCKED! While I was angry I had to go back because they forgot my daughter's sundae from my mobile order, the gentleman at the drive through was very accommodating and sincerely apologetic. He offered another I've cream for my inconvenience. Usually workers don't care, nonchalantly apologize and don't really care. He actually calmed me down and made me forget how mad I was that I had to go back! Thank you for your kindness! He even made the sundae a with extra yummies for our time!

Stopped by a little before 7 AM this morning after a long night of working the graveyard shift. Lights and drive thru are on and the hours say their open but no answer at the drive thru. Drove up to the window and noticed a few people quickly hide out of sight. If ur not ready to open just say that. This is sadly not the first time this has happened. Might be one of the worst Wendy’s in town customer service wise. Definitely won’t bother stopping here again.
