Italian sausage soup with light tomato broth was outstanding. Portion was too small for a bowl (shallow bowl 3/4 inch depth of soup) serving.
The Caesar salad was delish!

We went there for lunch on a weekday. The patio is so nice, with the fountain. The service was excellent! So friendly. The food is really good, very homemade feeling. Prices are reasonable. This place is a good option for a date or lunch.

If you come here for dinner and have trouble in dark places, bring your glasses cuz it’s dark and make sure to request a table in a well lit spot. Food was not memorable, which is unfortunate given the price tag of the overall dinner.

I brought my wife and son here last night to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a phenomenal meal! Jeanette was our waitress and was extremely nice and helped us with explanations and recommendations. Firenze Trattoria is probably my favorite Italian restaurant in San Diego County!
