Delicious and good customer service. It was busy but they were fast

It's my birthday month so I stopped by since I was in town. Pleasant and very helpful staff this time. Always clean store and smooth process of ordering. It would be nice if the staff had more ability to help with the birthday club accounts. Nevertheless, I tried a new creation, but I think I'll tweak it just a little next time.

I visited this location on a late Friday night. As expected the line was long, but service was fast and efficient. Although the line was long, the wait time was under five minutes! I tried the signature flavor called “Apple pie a la mode” and it was fantastic. One of my friends also tried a signature flavor called “Birthday Cake Remix”, which was delicious. Another friend ordered a mix of cake batter and dark chocolate and his order was great as well!

So So good. A little pricey. You wont pay less than $5 per person. All ice cream is made in the store. You can get any extras you want mixed into your ice cream. Strawberries, candy, etc... She likes vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cups. I get cookie dough ice cream inside of a chocolate chip cookie sandwich! They have waffle cone cups too.

I love going to Cold Stone in Elmwood because the people are so sweet and friendly! Brandon, especially is super nice, friendly and outgoing and always remembers my order even when I haven’t been there in forever!! Always clean! Thank you for being on top of your game always, Brandon!!!
