It's Chipotle, so you know what you are getting... Inconsistent portions depending on who prepares the burrito. The bathrooms have punch codes so random people can't stroll in and use it without purchases first.

I literally wish I could hug the person who made my burrito bowl today. I feel like you somehow knew my soul.
The portions? Perfection. The drizzle of sour cream that she - literally without skipping a beat asked if I wanted more. Which I absolutely did. The even spread of the cheese on top. Chef's kiss.
Most delicious bowl I've had to date. 10/10 tysm!

This location is one of the most consistent. Today Yasmine helped me out so much. If you know the area, you know the freight train that takes FOREVER to get by. I called the store and asked if they could hold off on my order since I had ordered online and was going to be running late. My food definitely would have gotten cold. When I got to the store she remade the two bowls for me which I appreciate SO SO much! Thanks again Yasmine!!!!

Service was fast, the employees were friendly and greeted us upon arrival at the order counter. The store is clean and. Updated, and modernized. It's close to the train station and a lot of other neat businesses. If I return to Elmhurst in the near future, I will probably be choosing here as a meal place

Today I called in an order because we had 5 different items. Upon arrival everything was ready for me and packaged up. The gentleman I spoke with made sure everything was correct. I've never had a problem with this location like I have with others. They give you the correct servings and never skimp out on anything like the old lady that used to work there would. Overall the best Chipotle in area by far.
