Subway

Indian lady(I'm assuming she's Indian) has the nastiest attitude because SHE struggles to hear. The younger Indian lady hears perfectly well and appears to be nicer. I don't know who was in charge but it SHOULD be the younger one. Y'all need to do the ole switcheroo with em, or get rid of the rude older one. The way she spoke to was absolutely disgusting. I've never been spoken to with such disdain not even in a just restaurant setting but in my entire everyday life. {I'm not even overreacting here} I felt like I did something to her and I'm just tryna get a meal. Now I'm struggling to enjoy that meal because she's on my mind, and not in a good way. I use to live right down the street and my parents still do. This is MY area! I'll NEVER come back to this location again. I'll also think twice before I even step foot into another Subway. That should say a lot.

Customer service is horrible. The employees have a condescending tone. They always jump out of their conversation with customers and talk in their native language leading someone to believe they could only be talking bout them. I experienced this at this location before, I only go there because of the proximity. It won’t happen again I rather make the commute!!

This is the best Subway I have been to in Georgia thus far. It is black owned and under new management. They have great customer service, the workers are very polite, and they really want to make sure that you get everything you want and need with great conversation. It is very clean and they folliw covid precautions very well. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I goes to this location every other day to eat. Great atmosphere, great customer service. Today I seen two customers who had issue with Simple $6 menu. They didn't read which sandwiches are part of it and order a wrong one. And at the point of Sale they ask the employee that they want to make it Simple $6 and employee explained and then he was cussing and walked out without paying and he just messed up the food.

This was my second visit to this Subway. The first was just as bad as the second. The customer service was bad the first visit. The second I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the staff. The lady that was making the sandwiches never changed her gloves. She prepared food and handled money all with same pair of gloves. I watched as she did this for the 3 customers that were in front me. 🤢 Once it was my turn to be served, I politely asked her to change her gloves, she did it but with a slight attitude... Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location at all!!!!
