Jimmy John's

I've ordered twice from this store in the past three weeks. First time an item was missing at delivery. Today I ordered at the store. The hot peppers are missing on the sandwich and the lettuce is less than desirable. This store can't get it together. Jimmy john's never disappoints, except here.... so far everytime! I'm giving three stars because the delivery person went out of the way to make it right on the first order. Otherwise * *

So I’m normally not the type to leave a less-than-great review, but I went here on my lunch break the other day because I thought it would be quick and healthy. The lobby was closed and you had to go through the drive through which was confusing and backed up into the street. I was in the drive through for 45 minutes. Finally got my food and drove back to work to try and eat really fast with my last 15 minutes only to discover they forgot the bacon in my BLT 😆... I just ate it like that because I didn’t have time by then to go waste another hour. Could have just been a bad day for them, but seems to be a trend.

Lobby still closed due to COVID. 🤦‍♂️ Tried the drive up. No one would answer. It was 30 minutes prior to closing on Saturday 3/6. With the exception of previous visits where the lobby was closed, it had been a good experience. Because of this a medium rating. I won’t be back. There are other shops in the area who will gladly take my business.

Arrived at 2:15pm in the afternoon, thought I would walk in but apparently Nevada still has their COVID rules in place, no biggy, roll up to the drivethru and took about three minutes before someone came on and they said they were closed...seriously? Everything else indicate your open and the lights are on in the windows. Won’t visit here for awhile. EDIT: I wanted to get on here and give Jimmy Johns as a corporation a shoutout, THANK YOU JIMMY JOHNS, they reached out and made sure my concerns were heard and took steps to make sure the local owner was aware of what happened. Awesome company. Added a star.

While traveling through Elko I went into the lobby with my four young children. The lobby door was open. When to my surprise, a lady comes running from the back yelling and ushering us outside saying that they are only open through the drive thru. She refused to even allow us to wait outside and give her our order. She was so rude I decided to go elsewhere. I don't understand why their lobby is closed when many other Jimmy John's lobby's are open. At the very least, she could have handled the situation in a calmer kind manner.

Inconsistent with delivery while advertising delivery on site. This is an example of a small town sandwich joint unable to handle the responsibilities of a franchise. Drop the Jimmy Johns and just be an Elko sandwich joint. If you can't handle Jimmy Johns don't be Jimmy Johns. Update: Lea Freeman, the manager and Peter Mehnert , corporate both contacted me. The trouble is, they haven't corrected the issue and even claimed that the lack of delivery was due to weather concerns. Anybody else in Elko miss the alleged blizzard of the past two weeks? This behavior is unacceptable from a franchise that advertises delivery in all of it's materials from menus, to websites, to the stickers on the sandwiches.

called at 10:58 am to place order for delivery. Ask to have sandwich delivered at 12:30. Was not delivered. Called Jimmy John's. Was told would have to wait till delivery driver got back because they only have 2 drivers. Told them that wouldn't work. My husband went and picked sandwich up he had to call to have them bring out his sandwich which was still wrong. Not pleased at all. Hence the 1 🌟
