Arby's

I am NOT happy with my experience! I asked for a sandwich with no bread and no cheese, because I am allergic to those things, and when I got my food there was no bread like asked but there was cheese and when my mom took it back, she told them specifically that this was not supposed to have cheese and the manager started yelling at her. We also had to wait over 20 minutes for our food!

3 of us arrived between 7 & 7:30pm and there was absolutely nobody behind the counter. After saying Hello numerous times and looking all over noticed the two employees come in from outside in back-- the open back door was clearly visible from the counter. While waiting I noticed the entire fry area was a big mess...fries and onion rings and other trash on the floor, additional items in baskets. We decided against ordering anything except sandwiches which we ate in the dining room. As usual, we added Arby sauce to our sandwiches and noticed it was rather spicy... I didn't realize until we were ready to leave when I checked the sauce area that there is a spicier sauce available. There is no way all 3 of us used the wrong sauce. Plus the arby sauce and the spicy version were not even next to each other. We wanted to let the employees know that the wrong sauce was labeled as Arby Sauce but again, they were nowhere to.be found! Out back/outside again!! An easy target for anybody wanting to just hop the counter and grab whatever they wanted. I guess that might be why there wasn't a bell to ring ... or maybe somebody just took it?

Probably the worst arbys yet. Waited almost 20 minutes at the menu board to be helped. After finally ordering had to wait another 10 minutes for the person infront of us to get his food. After finally paying and getting our food. We went back to the hotel that was only 3 minutes away to eat. Food was cold and smashed. Both orders were smootherd in mayonnaise. Almost looked like there was 1 employee working in the entire building and high. I love arbys but this was definitely not a great one.
