I placed a order for delivery from KFC because I never tried their food from this location before and I haven't had KFC in years so I ordered, Now I was worried after seeing the reviews, My order arrived quickly and the food was hot, they included everything that I ordered, nothing was missing. I really enjoyed their Kentucky fried wings, I opted for the Nashville hot and boy they held up to the name. Delicious. Everything I ordered tasted great, would recommend, and if you like hot/spicy food like me you must try their Kentucky fried wings combo, and it'll give you the option to choose Nashville hot, you can't beat the $6 price.

let's start by saying I love KFC I have reviewed a hundreds of franchise restaurants as well as independently owned and operated establishments. the location on Cassopolis Street in Elkhart Indiana has a general manager by the name of Bridget who is absolutely one-hundred per-cent the wrong woman for the job she obviously fails at her targeted objectives. This location is never clean I had to personally clean a highchair on Saturday so my daughter can sit in it because it was full of nasty food that hasn't been cleaned in months their floors are horrible they have food everywhere and nobody cares your food here is always is cold. Colonel Nathan Sanders would be appalled. look at the photos below and tell me if this is the place you would like to eat with a 30 to 40 minute wait from time to time? I think kfc has the best chicken there is but for some reason this last 6 months i have experienced nothing but problems.Tonight they were out of chicken and told me there would be a half hour wait before more was ready. Once before i recieved hard and stale biscuits and often they wont have enough dark meat for my order. I think they have management problems

Every time we go here our order is incorrect. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders deal asking for mashed potatoes instead of fries. We received fries. Asked for a two piece fill up with two thighs received a leg and thigh. Our order is never correct! I tried to call to complain and they didn't answer the phone then it went to telling me it was busy! So frustrating! This store always has their back door open. Doesn't what matter what time of year it is. I don't think we have gotten a correct order in the last two years or so!

Every time I go there, always something wrong. They NEVER can get your order right, so always check before you leave. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich tonight and literally came with buns and chicken patty—NOTHING else! So mad and I’ve lived here for 5 years now and never had a good experience with this KFC. Shame on you! Poorest management obviously.
