Qdoba Mexican Eats

Pretty nice place, the employees are friendly and helpful. The place could be cleaned more often after other diners leave, but it wasn't filthy or anything. I don't like their meat and veggie options in comparison to other places like Chipotle, but the burritos were good and stuffed to the brim. A good spot to get some food. The menu goes from right to left for some reason, a little quirk.

Tonight was not good. Usually when we eat from here we go in and order, however tonight we decided on online ordering. Not amused at all. We ordered extra meat, was charged for extra meat, but never got it in our food. (Burrito bowls) My daughter ordered a small burrito bowl that was almost ALL lettuce, and without the cheese she also ordered. We usually do the cilantro rice, so this time was no different but it was literally flavorless. Completely ruined the taste of the burrito. Food was a complete disappointment. For $40, I’ll just take the time and make the food at home myself next time.

Waited 20+ minutes. No signs saying "online ordering only", workers were pleasant, but slow. Tried to order online, only to have my order not be accepted for some reason. Ended up leaving. Update* walked to my car, watched several people walk in, no masks, an then have their orders taken. Ridiculous. Management needs to work on customer service.

We ordered extra chicken, were charged for extra chicken, no extra chicken. Half of the stuff we ordered on our burritos and bowls was missing. When we ordered food and paid $40 for it, I expect it to be correct. We called to talk to the manager and they hung up on us. We called back and they said they ran out of almost everything. Terrible food quality. Very rude and unprofessional manager.

The restuarant was the dirtiest I've eaten at in a long time. Kitchen and food prep area looked okay but the dining room floors and surfaces were just nasty. I walked into the women's bathroom and walked out without using it. It was that bad. However, the service was good and the queso and chips were great. The rest of our food was just okay. First time eating at Qdoba and we aren't impressed. Probably won't come back any time soon.

I was just at this location and to say I am not pleased is an understatement. I had ordered an online pick up for 11:15am. I get there at 11:15am and the order is not ready (understandable) so I waited there for about 10 minutes because I understand people run behind. I approached the front counter and told them I was there for my order, they stated it might be a few minutes (again understandable). I waited there for another 15 minutes (25) minutes total with them helping 5 people in line before even making my order. I asked again if they know when my order might be ready. At this point the manager stated (extremely rude) MA'AM as you can see we are short staffed and you are going to have to wait. Then all employees turned their back to me and I said well usually you put an order online ahead because you are in a time crunch and then they all ignored me. I stated is this how you treat your customers? So I left with no food and I paid for my order online. 1. I would like my credit card re-imbursed. 2. I would like to have this managers job. If I could get away with being so rude to a paying customer at Q Doba it sounds like a great place to be a manager. 3. My husband called to get our money back and it was her again on the phone. She then proceeded to yell at my husband and said she doesn't know how to give money back and he would have to wait for her general manager to call him back. Is this the customer service Q Doba has for paying customers? I have NEVER in my life made a scene at a restaurant. But this manager needs to be fired unless you want this location to completely be shut down. Unacceptable in my books and everyone will know the level of customer service Q Doba has.

I’ve ordered through DoorDash twice already and they always “forget” to add all of the ingredients I ask for. When I’m in person they don’t forget and add the amount they should. Poor service for deliveries since we aren’t there in person. Don’t order there. You’ll just end up with a $9 bowl worth $3. I had ordered a chicken bowl with black beans and white rice along with 3 cheese, fajitas, pico de Gallo and only got the beans, rice and chicken.
