An unmissable stop on Highway 1 and one of our favorite meals of the year. We enjoyed our dinner here much more than lunch at the 2 Michelin starred Harbor House next door.
The service was friendly and attentive, the prices were reasonable, and most importantly the food was incredible. The parker house roll with seaweed butter, the Mendocino black cod, and the 48h short rib were all phenomenal.

This was our second time dining at the restaurant and we loved every moment of it. The food is so delicious from fresh local ingredients. The service and the atmosphere is very good. We are going for a dinner tonight with our friends and family, and we are looking forward to it.

Food was absolutely amazing, quite possibly the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. If you go to the actual restaurant website the menu is more accurate as things change seasonally here! Five stars treat yourself !

What an excellent experience! The pasta was perfection and the black cod dish was delicious. The chef created a unique and diverse menu that was so good throughout each course. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only true fine dining in Mendocino County.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant! Highly recommend coming and enjoying an incredible meal and stunning views. The food is truly phenomenal, service is fantastic, and the property is right on the water with amazing views. We had a great dinner and came back for lunch the next day! Could recommend Greenwood restaurant more highly.

Dominic in (pic on right) did an amazing job serving us and telling us all about the property, landscaping, rental units and much more. Dillon in (pic on the left) also did a great job serving drinks. They were very personable. We walked around the property, taking pictures as we wanted to share, so others knew about this GEM. The only thing that we told both guys was that they needed a bigger, more eye-popping sign to attract my customers. Breakfast was a great price and a generous size portion. 😋 Dominic we told you thst we would share pics on-line. Tracy & Patrick. Breakfast at the Greenwood was fantastic! Had the scrambled eggs with potatoes and bacon, Huns had the breakfast sandwich. Food was so good we ordered the waffles! A+++!

Overall 10/10, beautiful view, attentive and friendly staff. Food was perfect. We stopped here for breakfast, and I can’t wait to eat dinner here someday. Definitely a must stop on your highway 1 drive.

Came to eat here on a girls trip weekend! Everything about this place is perfect. From the table design, ambiance and the service! So welcoming and knowledgeable about the food and the wines. Absolute perfection. The food… let’s talk about how perfectly wonderful the food was! We got the Hamachi Crudo which was divine and followed with the ramp and shrimp ravioli (delicious) and the duck (absolute favorite so good)! To end the night we had the Carmel apple and Lemon Sherbet desserts and they were so beautiful and so tasty! A 1000/10 would recommend this place to anyone!
