Pizza Hut

I order Pizza Hut frequently from various stores for my working crews. This is the second time that I’ve tried to place an online mobile order and it is failed at this store. It gave no reason, so I called the store, Thinking perhaps it was my card. Nope, for the second time they’ve run out of dough, on a Monday, at lunch. I spoke to the person who is on staff and they said they just needed to make more, but it may be an hour or more. Sounds like a management issue. Will be ordering elsewhere in the future

I ordered curbside. I was having phone issues. I called and my phone didnt connect on my end so I hung up and tried to call back. I was in the parking lot and watched her look at the caller id and see that it was me calling back and shaking her head no and throwing hands up in disgust. three employees and no one picked up the phone. I was parked in front of the store waiting for my curbside. 2 employees walked out and didnt check in my red subaru was the red subaru waiting for curbside. on the 3rd time of calling she finally picked up so I could tell her that I was here for my pizza. If i could change the tip, I would. I get everyone is short staffed, but 2 employees were standing around while I called.

Call them to order for pick up, they said about 30 minutes, i said ok, then they don’t have stuff crust!! Wow , how do they make the others pizzas without cheese? Or they are actually frozen pizzas? I don’t know what’s going on, but they need to hire people or maybe train them better so they know how to make pizza, or is easy for them to say , we don’t have that pizza! Is really bad service, really bad service
