Sonic Drive-in

Our order was messed up, items forgotten and just plain gross. They ask a lot of money for food that is not even good or accurate. The popcorn chicken was ordered with honey barbecue, I think someone drizzled a spoonful over the chicken, not even close to the picture on the menu. The chicken and tots where as hard as a rock. We also ordered two corn dogs, only received one. We where back on the highway before we realized that Sonic made these errors, money wasted. Save yourself a trip, go to Culver's instead.

Horrible experience! Too many problems with this not sure if it’s staffing or what it was but definitely will think twice about going back. I ordered ahead and checked into my stall. The little progress screen is nice to see on the bottom until it says they are out with your food and weren’t? Sat in the stall for another 15 minutes before even receiving my order. The person who brought them didn’t speak one word and had horrible facial expressions like they did not want to be there. The food was cold!!!! Like it had been sitting there waiting and I was in the stall the whole time. I’m pregnant and was craving a strawberry cheesecake shake the whole reason I went there for and it tasted sour and gross! I had my husband taste it and he told me not even to drink it because it seemed to be expired. Completely ruined my night!

The food at Sonics is great! Unfortunately, this particular location is slow, the orders are rarely correct, and the staff seems to struggle with in-app orders. I used the app to order and I got charged twice. The store couldn't refund the duplicate charge, so they told me to call corporate and they would be able to help me. Called corporate, took forever to speak to someone, and then they told me they would reverse the charge in 30 days. Not acceptable! Plus, they weren't sure if the duplicate tip I added to the order would be refunded and most likely the employees won't receive it either! To makes things worse... my order wasn't made correctly either. I'm sure they would have corrected the food.. but unfortunately I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes. I'll will update my rating if I return to this location in the future and things improve 😉

There is a mammoth pot hole right at the edge of the entrance which has the potential to cause serious damage to your car. The microphones the poor girl taking orders with isn't loud enough, forcing her to repeatedly ask me to repeat myself. She had to do the same while taking the order of the car next to us. The tots were excellent as always, but the burger was just above room temperature. A very two star experience if ever there was one.

I was so excited to try sonics that we drove our family 45 min to try it. $40 WASTED. Nothing had flavor, everything tasted old and stale. My kids will pretty much eat any fast food and not complain, and they wouldn’t eat more then a few bites. The only good thing was the slushies. One star is being generous. Don’t waste your time
