Chipotle Mexican Grill

Most pathetic Chipotle order I have ever seen. Chipotle is better off putting the Elk River location out of business so that it does not tarnish the reputation of Chipotle as a whole. It seems as if the employees at this location are entertained at how much of a disservice they can do to customers. Pathetic and embarrassing is the best way to describe this location.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this isn’t excusable in any way. Not only did I get my food a half an hour late, it was missing half of what I ordered, the meat in my quesadilla was not what I ordered and the quesadilla was all charred and smashed up. On top of that, when we called for a refund, we got hung up on. Unbelievable & horrible experience.

The place just opened and it’s disgusting. Rice still on the tables, crumbs all over the floors and on the counter, online order placed before opening but yet all the customers in line getting their orders put together first even with the line of online ordered placed. Line getting longer but the workers going sloooooooow. Sure wish an owner would pay their workers a decent wage so they wanted to work.

In light of staffing issues that many places have, I am normally pretty understanding and forgiving. It was very obvious that the staff just didn't care. Waited in line for about 20 minutes, which was fine. As we got close to the front, we saw a customer get told that you didn't have any cheese. The customer didn't want his order without cheese. The employee slammed his order into the trash can causing a scene. If there wasn't cheese, a sign should have been placed on the door letting customers know, rather then finding out once they got to the front of the line. I asked if my one side of guac could be in place of the two missing cheese portions in my order, just to be told "no. we don't do that". The dining room was a complete mess. The order prep area was a mess. My food was tasty once I got it home and added my own cheese... Our bowls were definitely not worth $10

Terrible experience. Took over 40 minutes to get through a not very long line. They were out of so much and didn't tell people until they ordered. Stopped everything to do online orders (like leaving your half made food as sit for 15 minutes to get cold). Rude as hell staff who just wanted to joke with each other vs. Making people's food and getting them out of there. It does not take 10 minutes to make one burrito. I got steak tacos and the guy LITERALLY put two pieces of steak on the tacos and was mad I asked for a reasonable portion (I've never had to do that). Clearly this place has a management issue. I know staffing is tough right now, but one good staff would be better than the terrible 3 that were there today. We've never come that close to walking out. We should have.

Came to a near by town for a kids event and stopped here to grab supper. Three young men were working the front line and I have to say this was the most well organized, clean, professional and well mannered workers I have seen at any Chipotle. I was amazed at how clean and orderly they kept their work area. I have never seen a chipotle counter so clean! To top it off, the ingredients were all fresh and perfect! Would definitely stop here again if in the area.

Ordered 2 bowls tonight. The first was a chicken bowl, very little chicken and the chicken that was in there was severely burnt and most of it not edible. The second bowl was steak. It only had 3 to 4 pieces of steak that wasn't very good. Cold over cooked and tough. The bowl did not have any rice. The bowl wasn't even 1/4 filled as normal. Total amount of food in the bowl was less than 1 cup. TERRIBLE This is by far the worst we have ever had from Chipotle. Door dash delivered....delivery was wonderful.
