The evil bee is my absolute favorite espresso drink - whenever I can, I stop in. The people there are amazing and wonderful to talk with, the space is great, the drinks are all wonderful. If you haven't stopped in, you should!

I’m not a regular coffee drinker whatsoever, but I live a few blocks from Planetary Coffee and decided to give it a try today. The coffee I ordered was reasonably priced, very tasteful and ready in a matter of one minute. Though I just ordered and left, the setting is very nice and quaint, with music and a nice lounging area. Will definitely stop by again when in the mood for a coffee on another bone chilling day.

My wife and I come here on our 1-2x/year trips to the Traverse City area, and we love Planetary Coffee! We found them last year and since then we pledged to make it a regular stop. The hot chocolate is great, and they've got a good variety of non-dairy milks for those who want them. The owners are friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and what they carry, and give great recommendations as well.
The shop itself is really cute, and well-designed. It's a great place for a quick cup, a visit with friends, or to spend some time on the laptop. Make sure to visit Planetary, leave the big coffee chains behind.

Very nice little establishment, with super friendly folks. The usual straightforward coffee offerings, and some interesting specialty drinks--tried the Evil Bee, and while I think it's probably just the ticket for some, the honey was something I found not quite to my palate. But the coffee quality itself was very nice. Only note if this is an issue for folks --bit spendy, as an 8 oz. Evil Bee (smallest) with a tip and subbing nondairy came to almost $8.

Amazing little coffee shop tucked away from big city life in the quite town of Elk Rapids Michigan... However, there coffee shop is hip and trendy right on point with 2019 when you come inside. Small standard coffee menu and a small specialty menu. The coffee and the owners make it. Every time I am there I start my day with there coffee.

Mega cute coffee shop in a converted house! Some patio seating, but lots of tables inside with wi fi and outlets. Tea and espresso drinks both fab, counter staff friendly! Great place to do work or meet up with someone. :)

Lovely little coffee spot! Drinks were delicious and creative. Owners are super friendly. My toddler and I watched them make a few drinks and you can just see the skill and care and love they put into each one. Decor is perfectly curated, cheery colors and a great vibe. Definitely highly recommend!
