Papa John's Pizza

Was excited that my online order was ready before expected only to get home (25 minute drive) to realize my garlic knots gave no garlic on them. Just knots. Called and waited for 7 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Just the prerecorded message on repeat. Tried calling multiple times and never got an answer.

Very upset with this location! This is the 3rd time in a month I have had a problem! First time they never picked up to take my order on the phone around 5pm. Could not make an online order either. 2nd time, I placed an order online, said 14-24 minutes to pick up. Arrived in their parking lot 12 minutes after ordering, they called me to tell me they were cancelling my order because they were closing early (6:43pm). 3rd time, tonight I placed an order to pick up. Drove there (sometime in the 10 minutes they emailed me to tell me they cancelled my order). I got it as soon as I parked because I didn’t see it (driving). I pulled up front, there were workers in there, they shut their lights off. Didn’t even call!! I will be contacting g headquarters about this unprofessional business! Sad thing is this is our favorite pizza store!

I have always ordered from papa johns but lately their service has gone way down for me! My most recent experience was , I had pre-ordered 5 pizzas on line for my grandsons birthday party for the following day. As it turned out, my grandson got sick and we had to cancel the order. Called the store and no answer , decided to go to the restaurant Only to find out they were closed even though it was during normal hours. Apparently they do not have anyone available to work. then called the main number and had to wait an hour before was able to talk to someone to be able to get a refund. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried ordering from them only to have problems. So needless to say I won’t be ordering from Papa Johns anytime soon if at all.

So disappointing 😞. Use to order here quite a bit and the pizza was good. They must have new owners bc 1st nobody answers the phone which they claim is broken, but judging from reviews they just don't answer. 2nd order an extra large which was a total rip bc toppings were very very sparse (paid menu price), but even worse the pizza was thin as a cardboard and chewy. Looks like they just take the large dough and spread it thinner for the extra large so u basically pay a little more for absolutely nothing. Ended up grabbing a pepperoni at little caesars instead which was sadly better. 😢 So if you lose to little caesars hot n ready pizzas then your future prospects aren't very bright. I'm sure the owner already knows this and probably still wonders why sales aren't improving... Make a better Pizza! Goodluck, i hope this reviee helps you improve, but I'm not going back.

I put in an online order, and it took the store nearly 50 minutes to cancel it. I tried to call to put in an order, but I was on hold for too long. I tried to put in another order, in case I made a mistake in my order, and a few minutes after I put in another order, I received a call from the company to say that they couldn't get a hold of the store. So, something is going wrong here!
