My wife and I were looking forward to some chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately it was right before closing (10 p.m.) so we were pretty sure they wouldn't be available. The staff at this Elk Grove Blvd location were happy to make some sandwiches for us, even though this meant they would have to stay after closing. It's wonderful when you find good people, providing excellent service!!!

I felt cheated, and left ashamed in front of my family who got the tiny piece of chicken. No respect, careless employees.

As far as KFC's go, they are all pretty much the same... the first thing that sets this KFC apart is the friendly staff. Secondly, the service is fast and efficient. As with many fast food franchises, the food is pretty much even across the board and it is the people that make the difference.

Disappointed in all but the mashed potatoes, Mac and Cheese, and of course, the cole slaw!

KFC has earned 4 stars today for its high quality ingredients that have become synonymous with delicious homestyle comfort food.
The line was extra long, but the impressive gentleman working that day was so polite & quick with each order, the long line was served within minutes.
You can eat well & still stay within your budget. If you go on Monday or Thursday for their special meal deals, you'll get more bang(or food) for your buck (offers & days may vary).
I happened to go on the weekend for a $20 fill up that fed 2 adults & 2 pets, with a little snack left for the next day.
Overall, ...an excellent satisfaction rating with food & service, even though it cost a bit more than some other fast food restaurants.
The difference is, ...
at KFC, you get a full & happy feeling, like you just had dinner at Granny's.

I come here from time to time at night and the customer service has always been phenomenal. I applaud the night crew of this establishment and hope them the best in life.
