Hamburger Joint

To start I comsider myself a creditable source being as I usd to come to Smash about 3-4 times a month.. I have not been here in almost 1 year.. and now that I finally returned expecting the same great experience with its Food... Let me just say.. This place is no longer what it used to be.🤦‍♂️ To describe my returning experience in one word... Horrible... Ho..Ri..ble!! First of, the QUALITY of BACON is now VERY LOW. They went from what used to seem like a thick juicy belly cut bacon, to a cheaper cut. You can see and taste the thinner cheap and low quality (But same price to the consumer) bacon. Another Another thing the meat was extra greasy. They must not Press the meat aside or drain excess before placing on the bun. The price was OVER PRICED for the Quality of this... Im sticking to IN N OUT for quality and price. The only reason they got a 1 star was because of the great service from the two ladies that handled my concerns. (Thanks for that. Great Customer service) If I Come back it will be for a Milk Shake.

I have enjoyed Smashburger for 5+ years. Recently, I ordered online and went to this location to pick up my order. They were really busy that day and had stacks of orders waiting. My order ended coming out 40 minutes late and I was late to the movie event afterwards. They also forgot my onion rings, took away all the components except for the meat in a classic Smashburger, and replaced one of my bacon avo club sandwich with a regular Smashburger. I only checked at the store and got my onion rings, but the burger situation was discovered once I had already left and unwrapped everything. I called in two weeks later and they happily remade the missing items free of charge for me. You must understand that stores will become really busy and fall behind sometimes, but it is their actions afterwards that define how professional they are. I am very satisfied with their customer service and will continue to take my business there! In addition, the garlic fries are pretty delicious and the burgers taste better with a little ketchup, ranch, or honey mustard :)

Ok I walk in wait 10 minutes One person cashier, filling orders and bouncing around, then while on line they yell it's going to be 25 min. Ok it's busy, then a min goes by he yells again it's going to be 30 min. Come on smash burger hire some people and stop trying to maximize profit by saving on labor, and let's get back to customer service, Easy more employees, means more profit, and of course happy customers Think McDonald's or In N Out has you wait on a drive through for 30 minutes plus? Maybe next time, if there's a next time I will order from the comfort of my couch and head out an hour later Oh BTW it was an hour I waited Then I check the order and it's wrong, wow really

The food was solid, a little pricey - no tomatoes came on it just ketchup. But I wanna say the server who helped me yesterday was absolutely 6 star worthy. I've never seen someone take a job like this so seriously and make sure to be extra careful with food allergies. Literally carrying this place on his back lol.

We used to love Smashburger. Are you still order something that was a chicken avocado club I believe and it's no longer on the menu. I was so disappointed. Looks like they replaced it with grilled or fried chicken sandwiches. Boy has it really gone downhill. As soon as we walked in today my husband noticed that the floors were very greasy we even saw footprints going out the door that were greasy, gross! It was very cold inside so we went outside where it was warmer. The tables were not clean nor were there any condiments. We both ordered hamburgers and they were so overcooked that you couldn't even see the cheese because it was burned. I did not get a cup for my drink. The French fries were cold. The only thing that was good were my tots! The cashier that took our order was very nice and friendly but the server that brought us our meal didn't say a word. Sorry but we probywont be back!!
