Horrible, terrible, does not meet Elk Groves high luxury standards. Lacking good customer service. Unpleasant to dine in. Hopefully they can do better.

It's a shame you can't leave less than one star. 2 hours and 5 min to deliver a pizza 1.1 miles. Ghosted us after trying to call back to cancel. Won't be ordering from these guys anymore.

Excellent Veggie pizza also salad bar has variety..great customer service ..I spilled my Pepsi and they cleaned up so quickly and did it with a smile

Zero stars!! Most awful customer experience EVER!! We put an order in for 2 pizzas for delivery at 4:30pm. We were told it would be 45 min. Which is fine. But 90 min later there is no pizza. I’ve phoned 3 times for a resolution and they only say that the pizza is on the way. When I asked them to make me a new pizza and I will collect they REFUSED! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS STORE!!!!

Terribly slow. Called in an order before noon for a pickup time of 3:30. Arrived at 3:34 the guys says 6 more minutes. 20 minutes later and still no pizza. Go somewhere else.

Our family loves mountain mikes pizza!! I haven't ordered pizza from this location in about a year, I'm very disappointed in the sauce! All I could taste was the dough that wasn't cooked throughout. The sauce was light and lacking in flavor. I woke up at 3am and had to run to the bathroom. Never has that happened after I ate pizza. Just saying.

Ordered a large veggie pizza for take out. Upon pick up I have to ask for napkins and Parmesan cheese. He gets a few Parmesan cheese. Asked for napkins and paper plates. He says that the do not have paper plates and then points me to where the napkins are. BAD service. Better go somewhere else
